Warning: If you are cared for by a doctor, hospital or other provider that does not take CHNCT, you may have to pay the whole fee. You would have to pay the whole fee if the provider does not agree to a payment arrangement with CHNCT. The provider or hospital may choose to accept a fee from CHNCT. If they do so, they would then “balance bill” you for the rest of the charges for the care provided.

Unless it is an emergency, please call CHNCT BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR CARE. If you are unsure whether a doctor, hospital or other health care provider is enrolled as a participating provider with CHNCT, please call us before you receive your care. You can call Member Services. They can be reached at 1.800.859.9889. They will help you be aware of payment issues. They can also help you find a provider enrolled in our network.
