YOU'RE HAVING A BABY!

Congratulations! This is an exciting time in your life. Your body is changing quickly to prepare itself for carrying and nourishing your growing baby. Because of these and other changes it is important for your health and the health of your baby to see your OB for regular prenatal visits. All you have to do is have a prenatal visit within the first trimester OR within 42 days of enrollment. Once this is verified through Claims we will send you a $25 gift card.

(Eligible members will be notified by mail. Members must then provide CHNCT with a current address. CHNCT will mail the gift card only after receiving address confirmation.)

NEW MOMS... SAY CHEESE!

You've just had a baby, congratulations! After the baby is born, new changes happen - you begin to produce milk for the baby, and your uterus must return to its normal size. That's why it is important for your health and the health of your baby to visit your OB doctor for a postpartum visit. When you do, we will reward you with a FREE Portrait Package from JCPenney Portraits studio. Once CHNCT receives notification from your doctor that you've had your visit between twenty-one (21) and fifty-six (56) days after having the baby, we'll mail a coupon to you.
