IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE NEW HUSKY HEALTH PROGRAM EFFECTIVE: JANUARY 1, 2012
Beginning on Jan. 1, 2012, Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. (CHNCT) will no longer administer medical services for HUSKY A, HUSKY B and Charter Oak Health Plan members. As of this date, the Department of Social Services (DSS) will be contracting with an administrative services organization (ASO), which will authorize and manage medical services for all HUSKY A, HUSKY B and Charter Oak members. CHNCT was awarded the right to negotiate a contract to serve as the DSS’s ASO. To read more, click here.
