About Us  

CHNCT, “The One with the Sun,” is the state’s only, not-for-profit community health center-sponsored health plan. We provide health care services for the state’s HUSKY A and B and Charter Oak health programs.

CHNCT has more than 250,000 members. We have a statewide network for primary and specialty care. We also have a network of inpatient, rehabilitation and outpatient locations. All provide health services to our members. We contract with outside vendors to provide services for transportation, pharmacy, dental and vision.

CHNCT is one of the three health plans that serves the state’s HUSKY and Charter Oak plans. Of the three plans, we are the largest.
