April 21, 2008 - Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. collaborates with Hartford Fire Fighters and Connecticut Safe Kids local chapter to provide approximately 50 expectant mothers with free child safety seats and installation training.

Pharmacy Update

As of 2/1/08, the Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) will begin managing all the pharmacy benefits for the HUSKY and SAGA programs.

EDS will process pharmacy claims for DSS and EDS will also handle all pharmacy prior authorization requests . . .

How To Join Our Network

To participate in CHNCT’s network, a Practitioner must enter into a contractual agreement with CHNCT.

Community Health Network of Connecticut (CHNCT) will honor the credentialing status of Practitioners credentialed by Anthem, WellCare and Health Net.

If you are with one of these plans, please provide us with a copy of your CAQH application or a copy of what you submitted to other MCO’s.  Or, you can complete our 3 page mini enrollment application.

If you are not enrolled in any of the other plans, you must complete the mini enrollment application.
